In June of 2019, Chef Terry Koval and his wife, Jenn, opened their dream restaurant in Decatur, GA, the town they’ve called home since 2006. The new venture signified an opportunity to focus on farmer relationships and local sourcing to support Chef Terry’s vision of a scratch kitchen focused on slow food.
